Pontetorto® are a family-run fabric mill based in Italy. They have been making fabrics there since 1952 and we have been a close partner with Pontetorto for approximately ten years.

Tecnowool is Pontetorto's line of wool and polyester blend fabrics. Polyester on the inside wicks moisture while the luxurious woolen face absorbs water vapour and is the perfect moisture management fibre, buffering changes in humidity and temperature. Some of the fabrics are designed around highly technical use, while others are more casual jersey fabrics. The wool is often recycled, never treated with chlorine, and also offers superb odour management.
